Commitment Ceremony
You want to stand up in front of your family and friends and declare your commitment to each other, but you don’t want to go through the legalities of an ‘official’ wedding ceremony?
While our relationship ‘goals’ are apparently changing – with less people now getting married than ever before – many people still want to demonstrate their commitment to each other in front of family and friends.
A commitment ceremony can involve everything that a celebrant led wedding ceremony does: the saying of vows and promises, the exchange of rings – or other symbolic token – plus any number of ritualistic ceremonies chosen by the couple themselves.
There can be music, singing, dancing, family involvement – pretty much anything YOU think reflects YOUR relationship and how YOU want it to be.
